I am a skilled learning designer, and an avid reader about and participant in the industry, with deep expertise in learning design acquired over a 10 year career. I have worked with senior stakeholders and faculty at highly ranked tertiary institutions building close relationships and developing trust. This has allowed me to bring knowledge of adult and online pedagogies, Universal Design for Learning, scaffolded learning objectives and strong formative and summative assessment to their new and existing courses, elevating and innovating for their degree offerings.

With experience in OPM and higher-ed spaces, I am able to bring a focus and organization to any instructional design project, using clarity of communication and collaboration to meet the goals of the design and ultimately, serve the best interests of the students.

Born in Cape Town, South Africa, I currently live with my wife and highly excitable chocolate labrador in Boston, Massachusetts.
